Getting Started
How does it work?
Connect your Strava account, pick an activity, and preview your route as a 3D terrain map. Choose a size, then order a framed print.
Can I order for an activity from years ago?
Yes. Once you connect Strava, all your public activities are available — no matter how old they are.
Can I preview the map before ordering?
Yes. You can preview the terrain and plaque details before placing an order so you can confirm the piece looks right first.
Product & Customization
Can I choose which stats appear on the plaque?
The plaque shows the activity name, distance, elevation, and date. You can toggle stats on or off in the configurator before ordering.
What sizes are available?
Prints come in 10 x 10 cm and 15 x 15 cm.
Shipping & Support
How long does shipping take?
Production takes 5-7 business days. Standard shipping adds 3-5 business days within the EU.
Do you ship outside the EU?
We currently ship within the EU. International shipping is coming soon — contact us if you'd like to be notified.
What if my print arrives damaged?
Email us with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.
Privacy & Data
How do you use my Strava data?
We access only the activities you authorize to generate your map. You can disconnect Strava at any time from your account page, which revokes all access.
