What file formats do you provide?
Digital downloads include STL and 3MF files.
Can I 3D print the model myself?
Yes. The files are print-ready for most consumer and professional 3D printers.
How do I choose the best size and shape?
Square is classic, circle is modern, and hexagon is bold. Use the live preview to find the best framing and detail.
Do you ship across the EU?
We primarily serve EU customers and ship across the EU where available. Shipping options appear at checkout.
How long does production take?
Typical production takes 5-7 business days before shipping, depending on order volume.
Can I edit the location after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible. Changes are possible if production has not started.
What data sources do you use?
We generate maps from OpenStreetMap and elevation data to create detailed terrain relief.
Will my map include buildings or only terrain?
Maps focus on terrain relief. Building details are not included unless shown in the preview.
Can I order a map of a Strava activity?
Yes. Connect Strava, choose an activity, preview your route in 3D, then download or order a print.
How do you handle Strava data privacy?
We only access the activities you authorize. You can disconnect Strava at any time.
What if my print arrives damaged?
Contact support with photos of the issue. We will review and help resolve it quickly.
Do you offer bulk or business orders?
Yes. Reach out to discuss bulk pricing or custom requirements for your team or organization.
