REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day remedy policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us if there is an issue with your order.
Made-to-order items All MapCraft products are made to order. In accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order goods once production has commenced. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this exemption.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund for any item that arrives defective or damaged. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt at support@mapcraft.store.
How to contact us To report an issue, contact us at support@mapcraft.store. Please include your order number and photos of the item if applicable. Returns will need to be sent to: Nydia Ecurystraat 10, 1087 VV Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at support@mapcraft.store.
Gift cards and digital downloads Gift cards and digital downloads are non-refundable.
